Charleston's beauty shines near the marsh and ocean during sunrise and sunset. Locals and visitors alike pick venues that highlight Charleston’s many water features. The bugs (No seeums or sand flies) have figured this out as well. They are extra pesky during during spring, fall, sunrise, sunset and near bodies of water. After trying MANY bug sprays and a client recommended trying Avon Skin So Soft Bug Guard Plus.
